An itinerary will be emailed directly to you. Within the itinerary you should have detailed flight information and a confirmation number for airport transportation to the hotel. If you do not receive the itinerary by February 28th, please contact Shari Simens immediately.

There is extremely limited parking available on hotel premises. Daily parking fee is $10 per car. Carpooling is highly recommended if driving.

You must bring your field worn name tag. If you forget, you can purchase a name tag on site for a $10.00 fee. Name tags are required for entry at all sessions.

The UTC club is approximately 3 blocks due East on La Jolla Village Drive. Limited shuttle service to and from is being arranged. If you choose, Hotel guests can workout for $6.00 per visit at Club One, which is located within the complex.

Gifts will be delivered to guest hotel rooms and those that will be commuting each day will find their gifts at the Convention Information Booth located on the ground floor near the ballroom in the Grand Foyer.
